Foodie Friday: Candy Japan Box 3 Review
As you have seen in my past two boxes there wasn’t much for what you pay. Box 3 had 3 items but still was not worth the money.
So what was in Box 3
Bourbon Petit Green Pea Chips, Fujiya Choco Balls & Puchi Puchi DIY Gummy Art
There were 3 items in the box this time around.
Bourbon Petit Green Pea Chips
The best way to describe these is to think mini Pringles, they have the same texture and are also shaped the same.
Now the flavour was Pea, which to me sounded off, I’m not the biggest Pea lover so I know I’d never into a shop and buy them myself.
I must admit these were pretty good, it does have a pea taste but it is very pleasant. The packet is small so it was the perfect size for one sitting. I would eat these again although I’m not sure if I’d go out my way to buy them.
Fujiya Choco Balls
This is little box which has chocolate balls inside
The Chocolate isn’t very nice it very cheap tasting
Inside the Chocolate is a crisp biscuit which is quite nice, these are quite similar to Maltesers just not as nice.
Puchi Puchi DIY Gummy Art
This here is way to much work for my liking and that’s why it took me so long to open it.
To begin with, I had to watch a Youtube video on how to use this; I like my sweets/food to be self-expandable.
You get a tray, which you use to make the Gummy Art
Packs of jelly and setting powder
You have to add water to make this.
I don’t know what went wrong but this turned out soooooo wrong it was a mess and it tasted nasty, it was the worst. I would not recommend this to anyone.
Box 3 was not something I’d want again, the Puchi Puchi DIY Gummy Art was a mess it tasted nasty and was way to much work for what I got.
