Workout Wednesday HIIT 74
For the past 10 days, I’ve kept my eating pretty clean, and I feel so much better for it. Don’t get me wrong I find it hard as I’m a binge eater and twice I almost caved.
Last week Friday, I’d had a bit of a shitty day and was feeling down, plus it was lady time which always makes me want to eat the world plus more.
On the way home from work, I went food shopping and picked up Pie & Mash for dinner a packet of Crisp and a Chocolate bar. The plan was to go home and pig out.
When I got home I decided to do a workout as I’d missed my morning workout and it would make up for the fact that I was about to pig out, after my workout, I no longer felt like I needed to pig out on the food I bought and didn’t want to feel guilty afterwards. So I put the Pie & Mash in the freezer and the Crisp & Chocolate away and had a protein shake instead.
Saturday I woke up not feeling guilty and was able to continue with my eating healthy without any regrets.
Monday I did my second Capoeira class which I’m totally loving.
Last night I almost gave into temptation but managed to stop my self, I did have a boiled sweet with took away my craving to binge.
So over all, not a bad week, it’s not been the easiest but I do feel better for it.
This morning I did my usual HIIT followed by a weight lifting. Tonight I will be going Caporia again.
