I decided to give Intermittent Fast mixed with Low Carbs
On the weekends I’m a lot more relax and will have a day of eating whatever I fancy and the next day I will have one cheat meal. So far this has worked so I will continue this way.
I’ve set myself a goal of 6lbs a month around 1.5lbs a week, I feel like this is doable and
It’s taken me a lifetime to understand that there is no quick fix to weight loss, I didn’t gain all this weight overnight so I’m not going to lose it overnight.
Here to 6lbs for next months.
