Fitness Friday HIIT 70
Wow can you believe I haven’t checked in for 30 workouts, that right I’ve still been working out I just haven’t kept to the nutrition side of things.
Monday was my first day back, and when I say I’ve gained weight, its so bad I could cry.
I’m not ready to address how much I weight at the moment, maybe once I drop some of the weight I will be comfortable address this.
This week has been a strange one, I’ve kept my eating 75% clean not going to lie and say my eating was perfect because it was far from perfect but it’s the best it’s been in a long while.
On Wednesday I did my first Capoeira class.
Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art which combines components of Dance, Acrobatics & Music.
I really enjoyed the class and will now make an effect to attend classes on Monday and Wednesday as I feel I need something other than the gym to keep me fit and on the right path.
I’m still doing my morning HIITs and have changed my timings I’m now doing 27sec work and 20sec rest.
I know it’s not a lot but I getting stronger.

- Easy Burpees 6/5/5

- Jumping Jacks 30/31/30
Must admit my arms are my weakest body part so the pain is real.
