Foodie Friday: Candy Japan Box 2 Review
Hi, Lovers and welcome back. It’s review time again this week I’ll be carrying on my Candy Japan review from last week.
As you all know Fridays are food day’s, today I will be continuing my review of Candy Japan.
Today I will be looking at box two.
Puku Puku Tai & Tirol-Choco Variety Pack
As you can see, I received only two items again, so I did feel a little cheated as I do not see a lot for the £££ paid.
Puku Puku Tai
So what is Puku Puku Tai? It is a fish shape wafer with a chocolate centre.
The wafer reminded me of being a kid and getting an oyster from the ice cream van, but instead of having marshmallow and ice cream in the middle it’s filled with Milk Chocolate with a bubbly texture something similar to Aero.
This was good; it was the perfect size for an afternoon snack, I would buy this again.
Tirol-Choco Variety Pack
HelloTirol-Choco Variety Pack, I do love Chocolate, so I was a little excited when I saw this pack 30 individually wrapped chocolates
30 Chocolates in five different flavours, although this brand does do loads of different varieties.
This was exactly what the label said, a half Milk Chocolate Strawberry Chocolate with a Strawberry Jelly centre. This was nice, it wasn’t too sweet, it did taste like strawberries, and the Jelly was the perfect amount
When I opened the wrapper I was a little disappointed as I do not like Dark Chocolate, it’s just not to my taste, but because the centre has a creamy Milk centre, you can’t taste the Dark Chocolate. Milk was nice as it Chocolate and creamy at the same time.
Bis Milk Choco
Can I just say Bis Milk Choco had me thing that it came in 3 flavours and it has three different coloured wrappers, but the same flavour in each? This was a Milk Chocolate with a biscuit in the middle, it had a nice crunch to it and was a little change up as the biscuit switch up the texture. We do have something very similar in the U.K, but at this time I can’t think of what it is.
White & Cookies
White & Cookies was my favourite, it is White Chocolate with Oreo cookies think Hershey, but with a lot more Oreo, that’s right oreo overload, and it was so good it was sweet and crumbly and just so good it was moreish, this could quickly become my favourite chocolate. Shame I didn’t get more them 5.
Coffee Lovers this one is for you, Tirol Chocolate is Milk Chocolate with a Coffee Toffee Chewy centre. This was my least favourite, as I love a cup of Coffee but am not so much a fan of Coffe flavoured things. My initial thoughts on this were good I liked chewiness it was almost toffee like, but then the coffee taste kicked in, and I was like WTF I was so disappointed.
Box number two was better than my first box I liked what I received but was it worth £11.86 Nope
