Monday Motivation: Let Exercise Be Your Stress Reliever, Not Food
Yes I know, I’m always talking about food, but for me food is my biggest battle.
I have been using exercise & yoga to help with my stress levels and keep me on the right track, which isn’t always easy.
I enjoy working out and find a workout in the morning will keep me on track though out the day.
But it’s the evening workout at the gym which is causing the most issues.
I don’t enjoy the gym and become really self-conscious.
This is my third week back in the gym, I refuse to give in and throw in the towel.
It takes 6 weeks for something to become a habit, which means I’ve got another 3 weeks to go.
Working out in the morning is now a part of my life now, I just need to get the same way with the gym.
I will learn to love the gym and learnt to not binge eat
