Workout Wednesday HIIT 83
It’s been a few weeks since I last checked in, since this time my healthy lifestyle has had good days and bad, but I’m feeling like I’m getting back on track.
I’m not going to lie, I did gain 3lbs but have since dropped them again, which is important for me.
My morning HIIT session is going well, I’m managing 4 to 5 HIIT a week and I’ve started doing Caporia twice a week which I’m loving, although at the moment I’m not very good at.
Doing Caporia twice a week mean I’m also getting some much-needed cardio in, I just now need to extend that I hit the gym for a session or two.
My eating is never perfect, I just think it ever going to be, but I’m starting to see that might be the problem me wanting my eating to be perfect and putting way too much pressure on myself.
What I really need is a way to be in the middle where I eat healthy most of the time and don’t feel guilty when I don’t, I need to really get out of my own head.
Today was HIIT 83 I’m now at a good place with my times and plan on staying here for a while 30/20 are my currently times it’s taken me 8 months to get from 10/10 to this and proud of myself.

- Weighted Punches 38/38/40
- Calf Raises Left 19/25/19
- Calf Raises Right 19/24/19
- Walking Lunges 12/12/10
- Hammer Curls 10/13/10
