Workout Wednesday & HIITs 43
On a Wednesday I like to give you a little look into the past week and how my fitness journey is going.
Well what can I say it hasn’t been going too well if I’m honest, It’s now May and in 5 months I’ve only managed to lose 7.2 lbs in total, that’s is shocking and very poor on my part, what can I say my heart just hasn’t been in the game it’s like I’m working out hard and even going to the gym but my diet hasn’t been right, yes I’ve been overeating and binge eating like I do.
On Monday I decided to take back my life and really take control of my eating which has been out of control.
For the past two days, I’ve gone back to what I know and what works for me and that’s carb cycling.
On High Carbs days, I do my morning HIIT session and Cardio in the evening
On Low Carbs day I’m just doing my morning HIIT session.
Two days in and I’m feeling a lot better within myself no IBS symptoms and no feeling of needing to binge.
I know this is only the begin and if I can control my bingeing I can take back control.
I currently at the muscle fat stage, under all this fat is muscle waiting to be seen.
This morning HIIT session we really hard I hate working my Arms & Chest but they need to be done.
I’ve added in a load of Push Ups which are killing me I really can’t do them, so I’m taking each day as it comes, I will become strong enough to do full push ups.
